By using PetitJus Scheduler ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

What the App does

The App lets you connect your own social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) and schedule and publish content you create to them.

Your accounts and content

• You must own or be authorized to manage the accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for the content you schedule and publish, and for ensuring it complies with each platform's rules, including TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• You retain ownership of your content and grant the App permission to publish it to the accounts you connect, at your direction.

Platform compliance

The App uses official platform APIs. Your use of those platforms through the App is also governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, YouTube, or Meta.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App to post content that is illegal, infringing, spam, or that violates any connected platform's policies.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Publishing depends on third-party platforms and may be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date above.
