Petit Jus Scheduler Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Petit Jus Scheduler ("Petit Jus Scheduler", "the app", "we", "us"), a Windows desktop application made by Petit Jus Games, collects, uses and protects information. Petit Jus Scheduler lets you schedule and publish videos to social media accounts you connect, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
Information Petit Jus Scheduler collects
- Account profile information from platforms you connect (display name, avatar, and account or user ID), used to show you which account is linked.
- Authentication tokens (OAuth access and refresh tokens) issued by each platform when you connect an account, used to publish on your behalf.
- Content you choose to publish: videos, captions, thumbnails, and the privacy and interaction settings you select.
- Post statistics for videos you published (such as views and likes), when you choose to view them in the app.
Petit Jus Scheduler never asks for or collects your platform passwords. You always log in through each platform's official login page.
How Petit Jus Scheduler stores your information
- Tokens and account information are stored encrypted on your own computer. They are not sent to any server operated by Petit Jus Games, except as described below.
- For Instagram, a video may be temporarily uploaded to Cloudflare R2 storage so Instagram can fetch it. It is deleted after publishing.
- If you configure your own scheduling server (for example a Raspberry Pi), the scheduled posts and the tokens needed to publish them are sent to your server only.
How Petit Jus Scheduler uses your information
Petit Jus Scheduler uses your information only to perform the actions you request: showing which account is connected, scheduling and publishing the content you create to the accounts you connect, and showing statistics for those posts. Petit Jus Scheduler does not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
Sharing
Petit Jus Scheduler shares information only with the platforms you connect (TikTok, YouTube/Google, and Meta for Instagram and Facebook) to carry out your publishing requests, and with Cloudflare R2 for temporary video hosting as described above.
TikTok
When you connect TikTok, Petit Jus Scheduler asks for your permission to:
- Read your basic profile (display name and avatar), to confirm which TikTok account is connected (
user.info.basic). - Read your profile statistics such as follower count (
user.info.stats), and the list of your public videos with their statistics (video.list), to show the results of videos you posted. - Upload and publish videos you create to your own TikTok account using TikTok's Content Posting API (
video.upload,video.publish), with the privacy and interaction settings you choose for each post.
Petit Jus Scheduler uses TikTok data only for these purposes and only for your own account.
Retention and revoking access
Tokens are kept on your computer until you disconnect the account in Petit Jus Scheduler or uninstall the app. You can revoke Petit Jus Scheduler's access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions, or in the equivalent settings on Google and Meta. Temporary videos on Cloudflare R2 are deleted after a post completes.
Deleting your data
Disconnecting an account in Petit Jus Scheduler deletes its tokens from your computer. Uninstalling the app and deleting its data folder removes everything Petit Jus Scheduler stored. You can also email us to request help with deletion.
Security
Tokens are encrypted at rest using your operating system's secure storage. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
Petit Jus Scheduler is not intended for anyone under the minimum age required by the platforms you connect, and in any case not for anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Petit Jus Scheduler Privacy Policy and will revise the effective date above when we do.
