Log in with TikTok

Petit Jus Scheduler is a desktop app. You log in to TikTok from inside the app using TikTok's official login page. Petit Jus Scheduler never sees or stores your TikTok password.

  1. Open Petit Jus Scheduler on your Windows computer and go to the Accounts tab.
  2. Next to TikTok, click Connect. Your browser opens TikTok's official login and authorization page.
  3. Log in to TikTok and review the permissions Petit Jus Scheduler asks for, then click Authorize.
  4. You are sent back to Petit Jus Scheduler. The Accounts tab now shows your TikTok display name and avatar, confirming which account is connected.
  5. You can disconnect at any time from the Accounts tab, or revoke access in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.

Posting to TikTok with Petit Jus Scheduler

Petit Jus Scheduler uses TikTok's Content Posting API to publish videos to your own TikTok account, only when you ask it to.

  1. In the New Post tab, choose a video from your computer and write a caption.
  2. Select TikTok. The app shows the TikTok account the video will be posted to (your nickname and avatar).
  3. Choose who can view this video. There is no default: you always pick the privacy level yourself, from the options your TikTok account allows.
  4. Choose whether to allow comments, Duet and Stitch. Options you have turned off on TikTok stay disabled.
  5. If the video promotes a brand, product or service, turn on commercial content disclosure and say whether it promotes your own brand or is branded content for a third party.
  6. Review the preview and confirm. By posting, you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation (and its Branded Content Policy when applicable). The app then uploads the video and shows the publishing status.

Privacy and data
