Petit Jus Scheduler Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Petit Jus Scheduler ("Petit Jus Scheduler", "the app"), a Windows desktop application made by Petit Jus Games. By installing or using Petit Jus Scheduler, you agree to these terms.
What Petit Jus Scheduler does
Petit Jus Scheduler lets you connect your own social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook) and schedule and publish content you create to them.
Your accounts and content
- You must own, or be authorized to manage, every account you connect to Petit Jus Scheduler.
- You are responsible for the content you schedule and publish with Petit Jus Scheduler, and for making sure it follows each platform's rules, including the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give Petit Jus Scheduler permission to upload and publish it to the accounts you connect, only at your direction.
Platform compliance
Petit Jus Scheduler uses official platform APIs, including TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. Your use of each platform through Petit Jus Scheduler is also governed by that platform's own terms. Petit Jus Scheduler is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, YouTube/Google, or Meta.
Acceptable use
Do not use Petit Jus Scheduler to post content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, spam, or that violates any connected platform's policies, and do not use it to access accounts you are not authorized to manage.
Availability
Publishing depends on third-party platforms and may be delayed, limited or fail for reasons outside our control. We may change or discontinue Petit Jus Scheduler features at any time.
No warranty
Petit Jus Scheduler is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petit Jus Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Petit Jus Scheduler.
Termination
You can stop using Petit Jus Scheduler at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Petit Jus Scheduler Terms of Service and will revise the effective date above when we do.
